Cured wood storage.  Once the wood has aged the required length of time it gets moved from the attic storage to the assembly area to acclimate.  The assembly area is humidity and temperature controlled.  In the foreground there are spruce and cedar tops and some neck planks.  Farther down are Rosewood and Cypress guitar sets.

Four guitars in various stages of construction.  The first three are flamencos and the last one is a double classic.  We’ve found that making batches of four guitars is the most efficient use of our time and space.

Repairs and restorations:

Minor repairs are best done by a luthier in proximity to the owner’s home but for major repairs or restorations the guitar can be shipped to us for an estimate.  Our prices are very fair and over forty years of experience guarantees a top notch job.
